Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 6-10 business days after your order ships.

Expedited orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 3-7 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

Packages Stolen, Damaged, Or Lost

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be frustrating. However, Calla Wear cannot be held responsible for any issues after your package has been shipped and/or delivered on the Postal Office.

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in lost packages.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for theft or loss.
• Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit (which is rare), the shipping carrier is responsible. In this case, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
